The Unified sports program by Special Olympics, promotes social inclusion by combining students with and without intellectual disabilities on the same sports teams for training and competition, fostering friendship and acceptance through shared athletic experiences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Eastern High School\u2019s ASD classes attended the unified basketball game held at Coopersville on Friday March, 7. The excitement went beyond the court and to the cheer team. Coopersville Broncos welcomed Maddie Gordon to their cheer team to support the basketball players.<\/span><\/p>\n
